School Year Registration
For the full 9-month academic season. Includes all classical ballet levels from Pre-Ballet through Advanced, plus Modern and Pointe classes.
Competition Audition
For dancers applying to the Competition Team for the first time. Audition required. Tier I (Beginner) and Tier II (Professional) available.
Competition Re-enrollment
For current Competition Team members continuing into the new season. No audition required for returning members in good standing. Quick renewal with updated commitments.
Summer Intensive
Eight-week summer program designed for focused technical development and performance preparation. All levels welcome.
The Nutcracker
Annual Nutcracker production registration. Open to enrolled CYB students for the holiday season performances.
Annual Recital
Spring recital performance registration. Celebrate the year's achievements on stage with family and friends.
Class Withdrawal Form
Official withdrawal form from Columbia Youth Ballet. Must be submitted at least 60 days in advance, except for medical reasons with a doctor's note.
