Join Columbia Youth Ballet
We welcome dancers of all levels and backgrounds. No prior experience required, just a love for dance and a willingness to learn.
Free trial class
Whether your child is taking their very first ballet class or has been dancing for years, we would love to meet them. The trial is simply a chance for us to get to know your dancer, understand their experience, and find the best class for their level. There is no pressure, just come as you are.

Come dance with us
Your dancer will join a class at their level. It's relaxed, fun, and a great way to see if CYB is the right fit.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes your dancer can move in (leotard, tights, or athletic wear)
- Ballet shoes if you have them. Socks or bare feet are perfectly fine too
- Hair pulled back away from the face
- A water bottle and a smile
No ballet shoes? No experience? No problem. Our faculty will assess your dancer's natural ability, coordination, and musicality to recommend the perfect program. All ages welcome, from age 3 and up.

Find your form, fill it in, and bring it to the studio or email it to us. A parent or guardian signature is required.
New students
School Year Registration
For the full 9-month academic season. Includes all classical ballet levels from Pre-Ballet through Advance, plus Modern and Pointe classes.

Competition Audition
For dancers applying to the Competition Team for the first time. Audition required. Tier I (Beginner) and Tier II (Professional) available.
